About Lisa

Lisa is an RYT 200 yoga instructor, writer, trail runner, nature lover, and experiment of one.

She studied yoga for over 20 years in the San Francisco Bay Area before moving to Todos Santos full-time in 2019 and is certified to teach Hatha Yoga, Restorative Yoga and Yoga for Healthy Aging.

Lisa’s love of long-distance running led to tight hamstrings and a Yoga for Athletes class at Piedmont Yoga, where she studied under Richard Rosen, Baxter Bell and Vickie Russell Bell.

When not in the studio, she is most likely to be found exploring a canyon with her dogs, snapping photos, writing poetry and listening to science podcasts about the latest research on the body-mind connection.
